ANNUAL MEETING OF THE PARISH
All members of the public and press are welcome to attend
There is no agenda for the Annual Meeting of the Parish. It is an opportunity for all electors of the parish to raise any matters of interest or concern before the Council.
It is helpful to have written notice of any matters to be raised but it is not essential. Matters can be raised at the meeting without prior notice.
The Annual Meeting of the Parish will be followed by the Annual Meeting of Misterton with Walcote Parish Council.

The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council will take place shortly after the Annual Parish (Electors) Meeting (please see details under separate calendar entry).
If you have a query or would like the Parish Council to discuss an issue, then please contact us.
For any items requiring a decision from the Council, it must be added to the meeting agenda. A week's notice is required for this.
